The Jaipur Nursing College, popularly known as JNC, owned and promoted by Maharaj Vinayak Society (MVS), was set up in the academic session 2002-03. Now it is a constituent college of Maharaj Vinayak Global University, Jaipur since 2012-13. After10+2 with science i.e physics, chemistry and biology one can undergo 4 years B.Sc. or the 3 years General Nursing and Midwifery program and register in the Nursing Council and can start professional career.
The requirement of nurses in countries like US is very high with high salary packages earning into lakhs. One has to prove their english proficiency test in exams like TOEFL or IELTS. They have to pass the CGFNS i.e. The Commission on Graduates of Foreign Nursing Schools / NCLEXN examination both of which now are held in India. Those who pass the GNM diploma can graduate by attending a two-year post basic course, after acquiring experience. There is provision for Post Graduate M.Sc. Nursing programs with various specialties.
